2020 Feather Cabernet
100% Cabernet Sauvignon | 14.7% Alc
Originally crafted in collaboration with renowned Napa Valley vintner Randy Dunn, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Long Shadows’ Director of Winemaking, Gilles Nicault..
One of our finest Feather bottlings to date, this is a sophisticated wine, opaque in color with enticing aromas and flavors. Dark earth and oak spice are woven throughout a generous core of black fruit. On the palate, blackberry jam and graphite mingle beautifully with an underlining richness that lifts the wine’s overall impression and provides a lush and textured finish.

2020 Chester-Kidder Red Wine
57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot | 15.1% Alc
Allen Shoup named this wine in honor of his mother, Elizabeth Chester, and his grandmother, Maggie Kidder. He selected Long Shadows’ director of winemaking and viticulture, Gilles Nicault, to craft this New World blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other classic Bordeaux varieties.
Dark and inky in color, the 2020 Chester-Kidder is brimming with layered aromas and flavors of concentrated black cherry, ripe plum, baking spice, hints of fresh herbs and an appealing earthiness. Complex and richly textured on the palate, with firm, silky tannins that linger across a flavorful and vibrant finish.

2020 Pedestal Merlot
84% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon 2% Petit Verdot | 15.1% Alc
Originally created in collaboration with acclaimed winemaker Michel Rolland, this unique Merlot blend is produced by Long Shadows’ Director of Winemaking, Gilles Nicault.

66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec | 14.9% Alc
Napa Valley’s Philippe Melka partners with Long Shadows’ winemaker, Gilles Nicault, to produce this classic old world style blend using select lots from the Columbia Valley’s best vineyards.
The 2020 Pirouette is a big, refined wine with beautiful balance, offering concentrated color and flavors. Black cherry, sweet spice, plum, and hints of dark chocolate are lavishly integrated with silky tannins that leave a rich impression across a lengthy finish. Complete and seamless from beginning to end.

2020 Sequel Syrah

Created in collaboration with iconic winemaker John Duval, who crafted Australia’s most celebrated wine, Penfolds Grange, this alluring Syrah is produced by Long Shadows’ Director of Winemaking, Gilles Nicault.
An expressive Syrah, deeply colored, with dark, spicy aromas and complex, multi-layered flavors. Bright cherry, wild blueberry and savory black olive tapenade are enhanced by the wine’s vibrant, mouth-filling viscosity and texture. Beautifully rich with refined tannins stretching across a long, concentrated finish.

2020 Saggi Red Wine
67% Sangiovese, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah | 15.1% Alc
Among Tuscany’s oldest and most prestigious wine families, Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari teamed with Gilles Nicault to produce a wine that showcases Washington state’s terroir with plenty of Italian character. Saggi (meaning “wisdom”) is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
Saggi 2020 is vibrant and darkly hued in the glass, with juicy black currant, red fruit and oak spice aromas. On entry, a textured, lively mouthfeel enhances the wine’s intense fruit character. Flavorful notes of wild strawberry and sour cherry are beautifully balanced with just the right amount of acidity stretching across a persistent finish.
