Six-Pack · Brilliant on a Budget · Spring Pop-Up 2026

The Dinner Party —
No One Needs to Know

For when the company is excellent and the wallet is sensible

The secret to a great dinner party is not a great budget. It is a thoughtful selection, a confident pour, and a willingness to let people assume whatever they like about what they’re drinking.

This pack opens with Champagne, moves through a Beaujolais cru and a Listrac, takes a detour through the Rhône and Languedoc, and closes with a Port in a gift tin. Six bottles that cover a full evening of thoughtful drinking — from arrival to dessert — at a price that leaves room for the food. No one needs to know. And if they ask, you can simply say: “a little something I had set aside.”

🌷 The Bottles

1

Besserat de Bellefon Cuvée des Moines Brut NV

Champagne · Brut · Non-Vintage

The arrival Champagne. Light, fine-bubbled, and completely disarming.

Besserat de Bellefon is known for one thing above all: extraordinarily fine, persistent mousse. The Cuvée des Moines is their signature — delicate, elegant and beautifully balanced, with brioche, white flowers and a lightness that makes it the ideal first pour. Hand your guests a glass the moment they arrive. Watch the evening begin correctly.

2

Domaine du Vissoux 2017 Fleurie Les Garants

Fleurie · Beaujolais Cru · Gamay · 2017

The Beaujolais cru that surprises everyone who assumed they knew what Beaujolais was.

Fleurie is one of Beaujolais’s ten crus — a specific appellation producing wines of genuine character and complexity far removed from the simple, fruity style most people associate with the region. Domaine du Vissoux is one of its finest estates, and Les Garants is their single-vineyard expression. Raspberry, violet, a floral lift and a silky elegance that makes guests quietly reconsider everything they thought they knew about Beaujolais.

3

Château Saransot-Dupré 2019 Listrac-Médoc

Listrac-Médoc · Cabernet Sauvignon · 2019

The Médoc’s best kept secret — brought to the table.

Listrac sits inland from the glamorous Médoc communes, which is precisely why nobody talks about it, and why the prices haven’t caught up with the quality. Old vines, genuine backbone, dark fruit and a savory minerality. The 2019 vintage is exceptional here. Serve it with the main course. It can handle whatever you put in front of it.

4

Dom. de la Vieille Julienne 2019 Côtes du Rhône Clavin

Côtes du Rhône · Grenache blend · 2019

Châteauneuf-du-Pape quality at Côtes du Rhône prices. Yes, really.

Domaine de la Vieille Julienne is one of the great names of Châteauneuf-du-Pape — and the Clavin is their Côtes du Rhône, made from vines just outside the appellation boundary. The same old vines, the same winemaking philosophy, a fraction of the price. Dark cherry, garrigue, pepper and a warmth and depth that have no business being in a Côtes du Rhône. The stealthy bottle of the pack.

5

Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot 2011 Minervois

Minervois · Southern France · 2011

Two great Burgundy names — making something extraordinary in the south of France.

Anne Gros is one of Burgundy’s most celebrated domaines. Jean-Paul Tollot is her partner, from another great Burgundy family. Together they make wine in Minervois — and apply a Burgundian precision to the sun-drenched reds of the Languedoc. Fifteen years of age have given this 2011 extraordinary complexity: dark fruit, leather, garrigue, tobacco and a finish of real persistence. The most serious and cellar-aged bottle in the pack. Save it for the cheese course.

6

Fonseca Reserva Terra Bella Porto w/ Gift Tin

Douro · Ruby Reserve Port · Gift Tin Included

The perfect closer. And it arrives in a gift tin, so it looks intentional.

Fonseca is one of the great Port houses, and the Terra Bella Reserve is their accessible, approachable expression — rich, sweet, plummy and completely disarming. Pour it after the cheese, with something dark and chocolatey, or simply on its own with a quiet room. The gift tin means it looks like something you planned all along. You did, of course. You always do.
