Montgermont NV Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs Brut is made from a patchwork of 12 sites in Burgundy, with mostly Pinot Noir and a touch of Gamay. Toasty with a burst of wild raspberries and sun-kissed citrus leads the charge, followed by toasted almonds and a whisper of marzipan. Has a fine, creamy mousse on the tongue, and finishes with a crisp minerality that leaves you craving another sip. Fresh, vibrant, and seriously delicious.
