Domaine Lafage 2018 Miraflors Rosé
50% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, 20% Grenache Gris | Alc: 12.5%
Côtes du Roussillon, France

Winemaker’s notes:
Lafage Miraflors Rosé is a blend of 50% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache and 20% Grenache Gris that is aged on its lees for four months prior to bottling. Pale rose, iodine, spicy, mineral nose. Ample minerality as well as a medium-bodied, racy profile on the palate.
Beautiful bottle with glass stopper. Pair with sushi, tapas, fruits de mer, poisson, and paella.

Critical Acclaim:
“Light pink-colored, the 2018 Miraflors Rosé is another great vintage for this cuvée. It has beautiful white peach, orange zest, and salty sea breeze aromas and flavors in its vibrant, crisp profile. It’s as pure and vibrant as it gets, a classic, Provençal-style beauty to drink over the coming summer months.” 91 pts – Jeb Dunnuck
