Product Description

Domaine Lafage 2015 Lieu Dit La Narassa
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah | Alc: 14.5% – Smooth and Supple
Côtes du Roussillon, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Winemaker’s notes:
La Narassa is sourced from the famed black schist soils of the Agly valley in the northern Roussillon near the village of Maury. It is made in a semi-ripasso by harvesting the Grenache in successive passes picking only the ripest clusters.

Pairs perfectly with cured meats, hearty pasta dishes, grilled and roasted meats and vegetables or a in a glass by the fireplace.

Critical Acclaim:
“Notes of cassis, toasted spice, chocolate and licorice all emerge from the 2015 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Lieu Dit La Narassa, which is 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah brought up in demi-muids. This hedonistic, downright sexy, ripe and layered beauty will drink nicely right out of the gate.” 91-93 Pts – The Wine Advocate
