Description

Disruption 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon | Alc: 13.5%
Columbia Valley, Washington

Winemaker’s notes:
This Cabernet is robust, yet elegant, with powerful structure. The 2017 vintage is sourced from pristine vineyards in Washington State’s Wahluke Slope. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of sunbaked earth and lots of ripe berry fruit. The texture is smooth and round, with lasting flavors of rhubarb, black plum, and a touch of cedar from 20% new French oak. The finish goes on and on with outstanding acidity to balance the tannin structure.

Try this with mom’s Prime Rib roast – it’s serious enough to hold up to a fine cut of meat. If you’re in the mood for something simpler, go for a Neapolitan pizza.

ART: The label is a replica of a mural by artist John Sarkis with Urban Artworks located at the intersection of Pine Street and Summit Avenue in Seattle. This local non-profit brings talented artists from around the globe together with underserved youth groups to create epic street art and beautify the city they love.
