Argyle 2014 Brut Rosé
45% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay | Alc: 12.5% – Dry, Effervescent
Willamette Valley, Oregon

Winemaker’s notes:
Argyle 2014 Brut Rosé sparkling wine in the Willamette Valley was pristine, showcasing the enticing generosity and focused definition the region has to offer. Blended between two high elevation sites, 2014 Brut Rosé shows the delicate refinement of the Dundee Hills and the mineral tension of the Eola-Amity Hills. Bright, medium salmon-pink hue in color and perfume of rose petal, pink pepper and pomegranate encounter a palate of elegant, soft tannin and coiled-up concentration.

Argyle Brut Rosé is made to be long aging, maintaining its richness & minerality borne of late season ripening and fresh fruit character. A Pacific Northwest wine for celebration, this is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fruity desserts or hard cheeses.

Critical Acclaim:
“A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay, the 2014 Brut Rosé is very pale salmon-pink in color with a nose of white strawberries, sour cherry, crunchy rhubarb and underlying notes of toast and freshly baked bread—so crisp and clean! Light to medium-bodied with a wonderful balance of delicate red fruit and bakery notes, it has very crisp, cleansing acidity and persistent mousse, finishing long.” 90 Pts – Wine Advocate
